7ojra lets you upload a photo of your room and get it back redesigned around a world you love, with real products you can buy. This policy explains what we collect to do that, how we use it, who else handles it, and the choices you have. It applies to https://7ojra.com and the 7ojra app.

1. Who we are

7ojra is operated by 7ojra, based in Kuwait (“7ojra”, “we”, “us”). For anything about your data, write to hello@7ojra.com.

2. What we collect

Things you give us when you use the app:

  • Photos of your room (up to four), which you choose to upload.
  • Your description of the room you want, the world or theme you pick, your décor budget, your shopping country and your language.
  • The products you keep or remove when you approve a selection, and any further changes you make to a design.
  • Every picture made for your room, so that you can go back to an earlier version, and the photos of your room as a saved room, so that you can design it again without uploading it a second time.
  • Anything you send us by email.

Things collected automatically:

  • A random identifier stored in a first-party cookie named 7v, so that the steps of one visit (the search, the approval, the design) are kept together. It does not identify you by name and is not used for advertising.
  • The country your connection comes from and the kind of device and browser you use, which we record with your session.
  • When you press a Buy link: which product and store, and when. We count these to see which stores are useful and to credit referrals.
  • For each design, a record of the work done for it: which AI models and store searches were used, how long they took, whether they worked and what they cost us.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, which include IP addresses, request times and errors.

Signing in with Google. Where the app asks you to sign in, it uses Google. Google tells us your name, your email address, your profile picture and an account identifier, and nothing else; we never see your Google password. We use them to show you who is signed in and to keep your rooms in your account, so that you can open them again on any device and so that nobody else can open them. We do not ask for payment details.

3. How we use it

  • To understand your room and your brief, find matching products in stores, and create your design. This is the service you asked for.
  • To keep your rooms, their pictures and your saved rooms in your account, so that you can open them again.
  • If a design is cut off before it finishes, to start it again by itself, once, from what you already gave us.
  • To check the quality of designs and searches, fix problems and improve the service. We look at session records for this; room photos are hidden from our own staff by default and are only opened when a quality check needs them.
  • To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and meet legal duties.
  • To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models or let anyone else do so.

4. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what its job needs:

  • OpenAI (United States) receives your room photos, your brief and the product photos to analyse the room and generate the design. We use OpenAI’s business API, under terms that do not allow OpenAI to use this data to train its models.
  • SerpApi (United States) receives the product search queries we write from your brief, such as “neon wall sign”. It never receives your photos.
  • Vercel (United States) hosts 7ojra, stores your photos, pictures and session records, and keeps the server logs.
  • Supabase (United States) runs our database, which holds your account details, the records of your rooms and their products, and the record of the work done for each design.
  • Google (United States) handles the sign-in when you sign in with your Google account, and tells us the details listed above. It does not receive your photos, your brief or your designs from us.
  • The stores you choose to visit (for example Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair or AliExpress) handle anything you do on their sites under their own privacy policies. Some of our links are affiliate links; when you follow one, the store or its affiliate network may set cookies on the store’s site to credit the referral. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Because these providers are in the United States, your data may be processed outside your own country. We choose providers with strong security and contractual protections.

5. How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your photos, your brief and your results so that you can come back to them and so that we can check the quality of the service. Rooms and saved rooms stay in your account until you delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider and then deleted.

You can delete things yourself, at any time, on the My rooms page:

  • Delete a room. Its photo, every picture made for it and our copies of them are removed, its share link stops working, and it is gone from your account.
  • Remove a saved room. Its photos are removed. Designs you already made from it stay until you delete them.
  • Delete my account. All of your rooms and saved rooms are removed as above, your name, email address and picture are erased, and you are signed out.

After a deletion we keep only the record of the work done and what it cost, with no photo, no picture and no brief and no name or email address attached, because we need it for our accounts. If you used 7ojra without signing in, or would rather we did it for you, write to hello@7ojra.com and we will delete your data within seven days.

6. Sharing a room

Nothing you make is public unless you choose to share it. If you make a share link, anyone who has that link can see the cover picture of that room, its name and design notes, and its products. They cannot see your own photo, your brief, your name or your other rooms. Search engines are told not to list these pages. You can stop sharing at any time, and the link stops working at once.

7. Cookies

7ojra.com sets a first-party cookie, 7v, described above, and your language choice may be remembered in your browser. When you sign in, a first-party cookie named 7ojra_session keeps you signed in on that device for up to thirty days, and a short-lived cookie named 7ojra_oauth is used only while the sign-in is in progress. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on 7ojra.com. You can delete cookies in your browser settings; the app keeps working, but a new visit will start a new session and you will be asked to sign in again.

8. Your rights and choices

  • You can delete your rooms, your saved rooms or your whole account yourself, as described in section 5.
  • You can ask what data we hold about a session, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can object to a use of your data described here.
  • You can choose not to upload a photo of a space that is not yours, or that shows other people. Please do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

To use these rights, email hello@7ojra.com. Tell us roughly when you used 7ojra and which theme you chose, so that we can find the session. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

9. Children

7ojra is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are under 18, please use 7ojra with a parent or guardian.

10. Security

Traffic to 7ojra and to our database is encrypted, and only our own servers can read the database. A room you make while signed in opens only for you on 7ojra. Your photos and pictures are stored at long, random addresses that are not listed anywhere; anyone who somehow obtained such an address could open that file, so please do not share one. Access to session records is limited to the people who run the service, each signing in with their own account. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not upload anything you would not want seen.

11. Changes

When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
