Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and 7ojra (“7ojra”, “we”) for using https://7ojra.com and the 7ojra app. By using 7ojra you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What 7ojra does
You upload a photo of your room and describe the world you want. 7ojra uses AI to understand the room, finds products in online stores that fit your brief and budget, shows them to you for approval, and then creates an image of your room redesigned with the products you approved. You can follow links to the stores to buy the products, and download a shopping list.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or use 7ojra with a parent or guardian. You must have the right to upload the photos you give us.
3. Your photos and your brief
- Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them to our service providers only to create your design and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Upload only photos of spaces you own or are allowed to photograph. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything unlawful, hateful or sexual.
- You may use the designs we create for your own, non-commercial purposes. We may use anonymised session data, without your photos, to improve the service.
4. AI designs are concepts
The images 7ojra creates are generated by AI. They are a concept of how the products could look in your room, not a measured plan or a guarantee. Colours, sizes, proportions and placement in the image may differ from the real products and from your room. Sometimes a product on your list is not visible in the image, and sometimes a design cannot be generated; we will tell you when that happens. Check the product’s own page for dimensions and details before you buy.
5. Products, prices and stores
- 7ojra does not sell products. Every purchase is made on the store’s own website, under the store’s terms, prices, shipping and returns.
- Prices, availability and store names are shown as we found them at the time of your search. They can change at any time, and the store’s page is always the authority.
- Approving a selection in 7ojra does not order or pay for anything.
- Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This never changes which products we show you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Worlds, fandoms and trademarks
Themes such as games, films and series refer to works that belong to their creators and rights holders. 7ojra is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them, and does not make or sell themed goods. The products we find are made and sold by third parties, who are responsible for their own licensing. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify where a product was found.
7. Fair use of the service
Each design costs us real computing and search resources, so we may limit how many designs can be created in a period, and we may refuse or stop use that is automated, abusive, or breaks these terms or the law.
8. Our content
The 7ojra name, logo, website, software and the way the service works belong to 7ojra. You may not copy, scrape or resell the service without our written permission.
9. No warranty, and limits on our liability
7ojra is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always work, that products will be available, or that a design will match your expectations. To the extent the law allows, 7ojra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for purchases you make from stores, or for how a real product differs from a design. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending use
You can stop using 7ojra at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for use that breaks these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, and disputes are heard by the courts of Kuwait, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away. We would rather solve any problem directly: write to us first.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use 7ojra after a change means you accept it.
